View Larger Image DRY FALLS drops 80 feet on the Cullasaja River in the Nantahala National Forest - Macon County, North Carolina. The Cullasaja River projects over an overhanging cliff, allowing a memorable experience of walking behind this beautiful waterfall without getting wet - hence the name, Dry Falls. This photo taken from the far side of the falls after having walked underneath the cascade.
